Apple cider vinegar: contains prebiotics that aid digestion, helps keep you satiated after meals, curbs cravings, and helps you absorb your food’s nutrients.
Cayenne: speeds digestion, supports the body’s natural detoxification process, helps the body burn excess fat and reduces appetite.

1 piece of ginger about the size of your thumb (plus more if desired)
500 ml filtered water
1 cinnamon stick
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Pinch cayenne (to taste)
Slice your ginger into thin slices and add to water jug. Pour in filtered water and add cinnamon stick. Place in fridge to steep overnight.
In the morning, juice 1/2 lemon and pour into a juice cup. Add apple cider vinegar and 1 to 2 oz. of the cinnamon/ginger infused water. (Optional to add more water to be more diluted). Add a pinch cayenne to taste.
*Note: The infused water can be used throughout the week in your drink. Add more fresh ginger during the week for stronger infusion. Cinnamon stick will remain intact for one week.
