Hot Tonic, Elixir & Broth Recipes To Keep You Warm & Healthy From the Inside Out

A good way we can nourish ourselves while staying warm in winter is drinking yummy tonics, elixirs and broths. These are amazing options to help keep winter-bugs away with jam packed nutrients, minerals and vitamins all served up in a hot liquid on cold, dreary days. 


I’m happy to share with you some delicious, immune boosting and soul-warming recipes to keep you in good health in this beautiful start to a New Year.


But first, I’d like to highlight some of the key players in some of the ingredients and their healing benefits:


Chaga -

This powerful mushroom has so many beneficial compounds for our health. It contains polyphenols, unsaturated fatty acids, and vitamin K to name a few, and it is a game changer when it comes to immune system support. Chaga is also known to help with lowering inflammation and has many antimicrobial properties.


Reishi -
